Hertzii Return & Refund Policy

At Hertzii, we are committed to offering high-quality products and thoughtful customer care. Each 128Hz Healing Tuning Fork is carefully tested and packaged to ensure you receive a precision-calibrated instrument built to last. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@hertzii.com within 30 days of delivery.


Used or Damaged Products

Due to the nature of our healing instruments, we maintain a strict hygiene and quality control policy.
For that reason, used tuning forks cannot be returned or exchanged unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If that occurs, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@hertzii.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For all other cases, we offer a hassle-free return policy for unopened and unused products. Our goal is to make the process simple and fair.


Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so order changes or cancellations are never guaranteed.
Please request a cancellation immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment phase, it cannot be canceled.
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

We do not issue refunds for products that:

  • Have been used or show signs of use

  • Were damaged through normal wear or misuse

  • Are returned without prior authorization

Returns received without approval or outside the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@hertzii.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending the product back.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
We do not reimburse shipping fees.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
After approval, refunds may take up to 40 business days to process fully depending on your financial institution.

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
Customers are responsible for any exchange-rate or international transaction fees.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every tuning fork for safe arrival.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives broken, cracked, or defective — not if the outer packaging is scuffed or dented during transit.

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Report it within 48 hours of delivery to hello@hertzii.com.

  2. Include clear photos of the damage and your order details.

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or mishandling.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ship every order promptly, Hertzii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly.
Hertzii is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Fraud Prevention

For your protection and ours, we verify billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information provided to your payment processor.

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version prior to purchase or use of our products.
