Hertzii Shipping Policy

NOTICE: Due to recent tariffs and increased global demand, shipping may take a bit longer than usual — but we’re doing everything we can to keep your order moving quickly.

At Hertzii, we understand that our customers are at the center of everything we do. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience from start to finish. We take great pride in the quality of our healing instruments and the service we provide. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a clear understanding of our terms.


Shipping Time

Domestic orders typically arrive within 10–13 days after shipment.
International orders generally arrive within 10–19 days after shipment.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only, based on past order averages. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external logistics are beyond our control but we will always do our best to assist you.


Order and Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order details.

If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t locate them, reach out to hello@hertzii.com and we’ll be happy to help.


Processing Time and Shipping Schedule

Please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. This timeframe is separate from the shipping duration and may vary depending on current demand.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. This helps us maintain fair and sustainable working hours for our fulfillment team.


Courier Partners and Tracking

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your tuning fork arrives safely and on time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary by location and courier capacity.

While we partner with reputable carriers, Hertzii cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. If a delay occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that we are not liable for courier delays or errors.


Signatures and Package Delivery

Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, they may attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup point.

If you know you’ll be unavailable, we recommend arranging for someone else to receive the package or contacting the courier directly.

Please note that once a package has been delivered and confirmed by the courier, Hertzii is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may arise thereafter.

We also cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, even with upgraded shipping options.


Damages Due to Courier Handling

We package every 128Hz tuning fork with care to prevent damage during transit. However, rough courier handling can occasionally occur.

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents.

  2. Contact the courier to report the issue.

  3. Email the same photos and your order number to hello@hertzii.com so we can assist you.

While we take quality and shipping safety seriously, Hertzii cannot be held responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling once the item leaves our facility.


Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives with missing or incorrect items, contact hello@hertzii.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Depending on inventory availability, some items may ship separately — in this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with distinct tracking numbers.

We will replace or ship any missing items at no cost to you. If we cannot replace them, a refund will be issued for the affected items.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or cancellation.

If you notice an address error, please email hello@hertzii.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

For address verification issues, our team may contact you within 3 business days of your order. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.


Delayed Delivery

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier or customs issues

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transit disruptions

  • Product availability or payment verification delays

We’ll always notify you of any significant delay and assist wherever possible. However, Hertzii is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is outside our control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact hello@hertzii.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

We recommend also contacting the courier directly, as they often require a claim from the receiver.
Hertzii cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages but will work with you to explore possible replacements or resolutions based on the situation.


Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return to ensure eligibility and compliance.

Cancellations and Refusals

Hertzii reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through our website.
This includes suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

If we cancel an order, we’ll notify you via the email associated with your order and issue a full refund. Refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.


Policy Updates

Hertzii reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version before purchasing.
